I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms at the hotel. The staff, while friendly, could use some improvement in terms of service. The location was not ideal for easy access to the city center, but the dining experience was delightful. The facilities were average in comparison to other hotels. However, for the price paid, it was a decent value for money overall.

When we checked into the room, it felt cramped and gave me a headache right away. For the price we paid, almost 200 euros, I expected more. The lack of wellness amenities was disappointing, and not even a complimentary bottle of water was provided. On the bright side, the room had a great view and twin beds, but it definitely did not live up to its 4-star rating.
